Change of mind
We're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or defective items
If an item arrives faulty or stops working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. If a replacement is available, we'll exchange it for you. If it's no longer available, we'll issue a full refund instead.

To report a faulty item, email us at kavohomeksa@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue (a photo helps too).
